We praise God for the opportunity to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the NAIC! And thank you for your prayers and financial support which helped make it possible! The conference and anniversary celebration held last November was far more glorious than we could have hoped or imagined! From across South Asia, 1,500 pastors, women and youth leaders gathered in Salem, Tamil Nadu, for four days of worship, prayer, biblical teaching and inspirational moments – all despite the heavy November rains that fell those days. To view highlights from the conference, watch the video below!

During the conference, attendees eagerly took notes on teachings given by both IGL leaders from India and leaders from around the world. Based on the theme “Embracing the Vision,” they covered topics such as the visionary leadership of Joshua, strategic planning, remaining faithful in difficult times and God’s call to sacrifice and obedience. Between teaching sessions, attendees had the opportunity to visit with each other to discuss the day’s lessons and encourage one other.

Day two of the conference was especially memorable as it included communion and the ordination of 29 new pastors. Sam Stephens’ own son, Mr. Rajah Daniel Stephens, was ordained at the conference! It was a day of great joy!

Leaving the conference, the attendees were encouraged to hold on to the vision of the NAIC: to “plant a church every year and plant a church in every unreached village,” all to the glory of the Lord God Almighty! We are so grateful for the role you play, standing alongside our brothers and sisters in India, accelerating their work into unreached regions through prayer and giving. Thank you!

Testimonies from attendees:

“I was motivated to do greater ministry out of all the teaching sessions I received in the conference…. I will be teaching the theme to my church to be deep rooted in the word of the Lord and the vision God has given us.” Pastor Joseph

“The conference made a turning point in my life especially hearing the testimonies of friends from North India and United States. I was motivated to carry on the youth ministry into the next level. The teachings and [youth leader] sessions shaped me to take the youth ministry throughout my region. I am planning to take the first step to reach the youth in our region.” Pastor Arul
