Now I know that I am a child of God.
Hi. My name is Rhahul.
“I am 8 years old, living in a small village. This is the first time I attended a Children’s Gospel Club at my neighbor’s home. I have learned things about God through CGC. Even though I am a child I still needed a good teacher like Jesus and the Holy Bible. I shared with my Mom and Dad what I have learned; my father is an alcohol addict and is rude in the family. I used to speak so many abusive words. After attending CGC my nature changed and Jesus transformed my life. Now I know that I am a child of God. My friends and I, along with our CGC teacher, get together once a week or twice a month to pray for others and learn about Jesus.”
“My name is Raj and I’m Rahul’s father. I came from a Hindu family background. I was so much addicted to alcohol. We were really so surprised to know that some young people from this church taught our children about Jesus. Our kids were so happy to spend a week with them. My son shared what he learned from the classes and apart from the stories of the Bible we as parents also learned how to worship the true living God. I never thought that God could deliver me from my bad habits and addictions. But after CGC training I see a lot of changes in my personal life. I learned about Jesus and His love. Thanks to the young people who shared good ways to our children.”
Rhahul is one of the many children attending our Children’s Gospel Club who along with his father and mother is finding hope in Jesus. My name is Reyansh and I’ve been serving as the CGC teacher and leader for the past two years under the supervision of Pastor Arjun. I also planted a church in my home village.
I am so happy to join the CGC as a teacher and team leader. Our church is completely focusing on children’s ministries. The thing that motivated me to start a children’s ministry is this—Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs are trying to raise their children as next-generation leaders by feeding them wrong motives. All three major religions in India are making their radical marks on their children. This motivated me to make an army of children radical for sharing the love of Jesus.
Last year our church as a whole reached 1,600 children but this year the number has grown to 2,200 children. I am so happy and thankful to the Lord for what He is doing through our ministries. We are spreading the love, care and encouragement that we receive from Jesus in his abundant grace. This is one way we as a church are reaching the unreached.
Please Pray for our Team:
Pray for the Kingdom of God to be established in every child that is born in India.
Pray that the gospel would reach out to every house, parent, child, and village in India.
Pray that every church would know the importance of children’s ministry and would be equipped to plant churches through children in the villages.
Pray that God would help our team to grow in quality, quantity, and unity.
